OK, jokes and terrible puns aside, there are two prefabs.The model the pictures are in reference to is a NKD Protogen with a couple other assets on, but here are the differences in details with and without each asset.

1. Full Model with no effects, 1 material call, 5285 Polys.
2. Full Model, 3 Material calls (2 for Electric Flipbook effects), 5685 Polys, Electric Flipbook effect, 4 low cost particle effects totalling 57 total particles (for reference, VRChat allows 2500 for good quality)
